PicWaves is provided by Daniel-Uko Lazar, an individual seller ("we", "us"). When you use PicWaves you are contracting with Daniel-Uko Lazar. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

PicWaves is online software for photographers: AI-guided color grading, creative light, photo selection (culling), optional AI image editing ("Advanced mode") and full-resolution export.

Your account

• You must be of legal age, or have authority to act for the organization you represent.
• Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including:

• using it for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or for spam;
• uploading content you do not have the rights to, or that infringes others' intellectual property;
• creating deceptive deepfakes, hateful, sexual content involving minors, or otherwise illegal content;
• interfering with security: malware, probing, scraping, bypassing limits, or jailbreaking the AI;
• reverse engineering, reselling or redistributing the service.

Your photos and AI results

You keep all rights to the photos you upload and to the results you export. You give us a limited permission to process your content only to provide the service. You are responsible for your instructions (prompts), for having the rights to your input, and for how you use the results. AI results may be inaccurate or imperfect — review them before delivering to clients. We may refuse, filter or remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules. Rights holders can report infringing content to ukomedia@gmail.com; repeated infringement leads to account termination.

Our intellectual property

We own the PicWaves software, documentation and brand. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan.

Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, renewals, cancellations and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled and stay active until the end of the paid period.

Service level

We work to keep PicWaves reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", without implied warranties.

Liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, data or goodwill). Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations. You can stop using the service at any time. Photos are processed in your browser, so they remain on your own device.
