Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase — a subscription, photo downloads or Advanced mode credit — you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date. Refunds may be declined in cases of fraud or clear abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles across multiple accounts.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. Visit paddle.net to find your order and request a refund, or email us at ukomedia@gmail.com and we will help.

After a refund

Credit or downloads bought with the refunded payment are removed from your account. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page; it stays active until the end of the paid period.
